/ "Visions of Massoud", exhibition in Pansjhir Valley
On May the 22th, 10 AM, Reza will open his exhibition dedicaded to the people of Afghanistan and Ahmad Shah Massoud at the Massoud's memorial.
About a month ago Reza went back on the field in Afghanistan with a team form National Geographic to make a documentary about Massoud.
He dediced to set up an exhibition to celabrate his friend's memory and show images of the country to its inhabitants.
Reza went to Afghanistan for the first time in 1983 through Pakistan borders with Moudjahiddines. He brings back strong images published in international magazines. Two years later, he comes back in order to meet Massoud, leader of the resistance to the russian invasion. He reaches him after a hard quest in the mountains, and instantly becomes friend with this bright intellectual and strategist.
