A state-of-the-art technology
Aina's training programs are based on state-of-the-art technologies and the Internet within its various multimedia departments (radio, video, photo, visual communication, press).
In a world of global communication, technology access helps to be heard. Computers, mixing tables, video cameras, digital cameras, transmission, and the Internet are all tools available to serve national and global communication.
An "informal visual education" experience serving illiterate populations
Reza explains: "Every day children are born, and every day school chairs are built. However, there is a growing number of children and fewer and fewer school chairs. Therefore, we need new means of education. In the 21st century, one of the best answers is audiovisual education, which can use informal means of dissemination such as traveling movie theaters."
As a result, Aina set up programs providing an "informal visual education" experience to illiterate populations, traditionally outside conventional information networks.
Traveling movie theater
From village to village mobile units show educational and entertaining documentaries directed by local partners with Aïna depending on the country's needs.
Visual educational campaigns
Disseminating image-supported messages to those who have not had a chance to learn how to read is one of Aïna's communication focuses as part of its nation-wide campaigns carried out in media and cultural centers.
Being heard
Radio is a critical means of communication in a country with a high rate of illiteracy. Programs intended for women, children and populations as a whole are developed by the Aina Radio Department. They are broadcasted via relay centers throughout the country when possible.
